The production kitchens at Ljungby and Växjö hospitals have the primary task of ensuring that hospitalized patients receive nutritious and tasty food that supports their recovery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have a developing job where you prepare good, safe, nutritious, and sustainable meals for our patients and visitors.

You will have variety in your work as you will be involved in daily planning and preparation of meals and special diets. You will work in a team where collaboration and responsibility are central.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education in restaurant and food or equivalent education/experience. You have current knowledge of food hygiene and several years of experience in the profession. If you also have experience from large kitchens or similar operations, we consider that an advantage.

In this role, you will have many contacts, so it is important that you can create good relationships. You are easy to collaborate with and have a knack for providing good service. You are meticulous and responsible.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
